Working with Images in the CMS |

The Media Manager in the CMS allows you to upload or delete in the /images/ directory on your web server. You can upload new files, delete existing ones, and create sub-directories.
Uploading Files
To upload images or other fiiles such as PDFs to the /images/ directory (or any of the sub directories), follow these steps:
- Go to go to http://tjicco.org/administrator and log in.
- From the control panel, select Media Manager.
- Click on the directory where you want to store the files in the list on the left side or on the folder icon in the main panel..
- Scroll to the bottom of the Media Manager window to the area titled Upload File [Max 10M].
- Click the "Browse" button to select the file on your hard drive and then click "Open".
NOTE: You can do this several times so long as the overall file size accumulation doesn't exceed the max file upload size).
- After you have all the files you want selected, click the "Start Upload" button.
The files will be uploaded to the selected directory.
Creating A Sub Directory
To create a sub directory for a specific subject, follow these steps.
- Click on the stories directory on the left side of the media manager window.
- Type the name of the new sub directory into this text field on the right side under the Files title.
- Click the "Create Folder" button.
The page refreshes to display the new folder.
Deleting Images
To delete a single image:
- Click the red X under the image you want to delete.
To delete multiple images:
- Click in the checkbox under each image you want to delete
- Click the trash can icon in the upper right side of the window.
