If you want to create new articles in the back end, the easiest way is to copy an existing article and rename it.
To copy an article:
- Put a check in front of the last Article numbered in the list.
- Click the Copy button at the top of the screen.
The copied article appears at the top of the list with 1 in the order field.
- Change the number in the order field to one less than the Submittal Note article at the bottom of the list.
- Click the Save icon at the top of the Order column.
- Click the new article to edit.
- Change the number in the title to the next number.
If you have copied another article or created a new one, make sure that the Parameters (Advanced) fields are set as shown below.
