The weekly newsletter is set up with individual articles which allows you to manage these in a variety of ways...

• Specify certain articles to appear on the home page.
• Set "Finish Publishing" dates so that articles no longer appear after the subject event is over.
• Change the order of articles.
• Create a single category blog page that shows all of the articles.

While the titles of the articles are generic, leaving them this way keeps the process simple to create a new newsletter. By putting the article you want to appear first in the newsletter as Article 1, you avoid having to change the order of the articles in the category.

If you want to change the titles, that works but then you must change the article every time you create a new set of articles for the next newsletter. The only place that the title shows is in the header of the browser when you are viewing an individual article. Most of the time, the reader will see the entire set of articles on a single page.
